YolanDa Brown is delighted to announce Series 2 of her critically acclaimed CBeebies children’s TV show, YolanDa’s Band Jam which will return to screens in January 2020.

 

The show recently won “Best Children’s Programme (Pre-school)” at the Royal Television Society NW Awards in November 2019.

 

Dubbed “Jools Holland for kids”, YolanDa’s Band Jam returns to the UK TV screens with a brand-new season that promises to be even bigger, even louder and even more danceable with special guests including The Lightning Seeds, Maximo Park, Beverly Knight, Rhiannon Giddens, Dame Evelyn Glennie, Feeder and many others. 

 

With the aim of encouraging children to discover the joys of music through dancing, singing and playing, YolanDa’s Band Jam will expand children’s knowledge about music and instruments, attune children’s understanding of different musical sounds and styles, and inspire them to discover the wonders of music making. In this coming season, the 5-7 year old studio audience will get an exclusive look into all aspects of music, ranging from radio presenting to song writing.
